Services
406 Cleanup, Inc provides water damage mitigation, mold remediation, biohazard, and other cleanup services. The scope of work will be outlined in your estimate, work authorization, or service agreement.

Emergency Services
By requesting emergency services, you authorize 406 Cleanup, Inc to take immediate action necessary to prevent further damage or contamination to the property.

Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms outlined in your estimate or invoice. Insurance claims do not relieve the client of responsibility for payment. Any unpaid balances may be subject to additional fees or collections.

Limitations of Liability
While we take all reasonable precautions, 406 Cleanup, Inc is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or issues beyond our control. We do not guarantee the discovery of all contamination or damage.

Cancellations
Cancellations may be subject to charges depending on the stage of the project and any costs already incurred.
