It is hard to put into words how wonderful this crew was. Shawn arrived about an hour after my first call to look over my two flooded bedrooms and returned with his crew by 1pm and by 5pm they had gotten out all the soaked carpet and padding on the floors, moved my furniture to blocks and covered my personal belongings with plastic. They could tell I was pretty distraught and they were so kind and caring in their words. They came back daily for over a week checking that things were drying, cutting out the drywall and getting things prepped for the next phase. When they took out the last of the equipment I felt a little sad that I wasn't going to see them again. Sounds dumb I am sure, but I felt so cared for and they took care of everything. Upper management was always in contact checking on the progress and ushering me into next steps. Having never gone through this before, I was truly grateful. I recommend them 100% and I hope this never happens again but if it does, I will call 406 Cleanup. Shout out to the amazing crew: Shawn, Israel, Dylan and Quads. I sure hope I run into them in the wild. 😀
The people at 406 Cleanup are amazing. I had an emergency right before the holidays, and Chad was very responsive. They had a crew at my house the next day. They were incredibly kind and professional. My house was sorted in one day and they recommended people for the next steps. They answered all of my questions, returned my follow up calls and made a horrible situation easier. I couldn’t be more happy with their hard work and customer service.
Chad and his team are truly incredible! My dad was selling his house and the inspector found his kitchen cabinets under the sink had some delamination and were wet. Upon further inspection, he had a dishwasher leak that was leaking underneath and behind his kitchen cabinets that had created mold. All of the cabinets had to be torn out . My realtor gave me the name of a guy for mold remediation that was $25,000! I did my own research and found Chad. I left a message and he called me back immediately even though it was the weekend. His bid was $2500 and was done in ONE day! We have had the air test done to ensure all the mold is gone, which it is. The other companies out there will make you fearful and will tell you that they need to be in there with fans, hazmat suits, hepa vacs for days on end, etc much of which is completely unnecessary as I’ve come to learn. Chad and his team are honest, responsive and truly go the extra mile. Best service I’ve received from a company in a very long time. Look no further and give Chad a call. I promise you’ll be glad you did!

Chad was right there and got the ball rolling and helped me out so much with our insurance. He was there for any questions I had from start to finish. I highly recommend his company to anyone.
406 Cleanup and Chad were super quick to respond initially and to start the mitigation for some crawl space dampness issues. I relied on 406 Cleanup and second time to tidy up a job by a different mitigation company. Both properties were in a rural location and that was not a problem at all for the company. Highly recommend these guys.

I had smoke damage, black soot on everything, inside every closet, every cupboard, everywhere! I gave 406cleanup a call and Chad came right over to look at the situation. This was two weeks before Christmas 2024. His crew got right to work cleaning everything, hauling it out of the house and storing the cleaned items in a storage container. I can not even begin to say how grateful I am for what they did. His guys were very respectful, polite and great workers. They are the best! I highly recommend them for any cleanup job needed.

Chad picked up my call on a Sunday in the middle of a roping. He showed up the next day, provided a free consult, and while I did not require the full depth of clean up services, he gave me excellent advice on how to treat the one small spot he found. Highly recommend!
