Our names are Chad and Jeannie Hunter. We didn’t start 406 Cleanup just to restore homes; we started it to protect homeowners like you.
Before we opened our doors, we spent years working as Public Adjusters (Private Adjusters). Unlike independent adjusters who are paid by the insurance companies to minimize payouts, we worked exclusively for you—the policyholder. Our job was to stand in your corner, fighting the insurance giants to ensure families received every penny they were owed to rebuild.
But we kept seeing a critical gap in the industry. We would fight hard to win a fair settlement for a client, only to watch their restoration contractor jeopardize the claim with sloppy documentation. They simply didn’t understand what the insurance companies needed to see to approve payment.
We realized you needed more than just a cleaning crew—you needed a partner who understands the paperwork.
